Tugas Pelatih adalah manajer todo sederhana untuk mengelola tugas-tugas pribadi dan daftar todo. Lampiran dapat ditambahkan ke tugas dengan menyeret dan menjatuhkan file, e-mail dari Outlook atau Thunderbird, atau URL ke tugas.
Status Tugas tergantung pada subtask dan sebaliknya. Misalnya jika Anda menandai subtask belum selesai terakhir sebagai sudah selesai, tugas orang tua secara otomatis ditandai sebagai selesai juga.
Tugas dan catatan dapat diberikan untuk kategori user-defined.
Pengaturan yang gigih dan disimpan secara otomatis. File dibuka terakhir dimuat secara otomatis ketika memulai Tugas Pelatih.
Pelacakan waktu yang dihabiskan untuk tugas. Tugas dapat memiliki anggaran. Waktu yang dihabiskan dapat dilihat dengan periode usaha individu, demi hari, dengan minggu, dan bulan.
Tugas Pelatih format file (ck.) Adalah XML.
Tugas, catatan, usaha, dan kategori dapat diekspor ke HTML dan CSV (Comma format dipisahkan). Upaya dapat diekspor ke iCalendar / ICS format juga.
Tugas, usaha, catatan, dan kategori dapat dicetak. Ketika mencetak, Tugas Pelatih mencetak informasi yang terlihat pada tampilan saat ini, termasuk filter dan urutan.

Task Coach is a simple todo manager to manage personal tasks and todo lists. It grew out of Frank's frustration that well-known task managers, such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus Notes, do not provide facilities for composite tasks. Often, tasks and other things todo consist of several activities. Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks. Task Coach is developed by Frank Niessink and Jerome Laheurte, with help of different people providing translations.
